Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in a course or reserving a private tutoring session with Levels Tutoring Co., clients agree to the following terms and conditions. Full payment is required at the time of registration to securely process and guarantee your scheduled time slot or class seat. Upon successful transaction through our online booking system, a confirmation email containing session details and access instructions will be issued. Clients wishing to reschedule a session may do so at no additional cost, provided that formal notification is submitted via email or through the account portal at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time; rescheduling remains subject to future session availability. Cancellations submitted 24 hours or more in advance of the session are eligible for a full refund or a complimentary transfer. Conversely, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, as well as student no-shows, are strictly ineligible for a refund. To cancel a reservation, clients must utilize their online account portal or contact info@levelstutoringco.com. In the unexpected event that Levels Tutoring Co. must cancel or reschedule a class for any reason, affected clients will be promptly notified and offered the choice between a full refund or a direct enrollment transfer to an alternative date.
